Who We Are
A new kind of water organisation for Northland
Northland Waters, Ngā Wai o Te Tai Tokerau, is a council-controlled organisation (CCO) jointly owned by Far North, Whangārei and Kaipara district councils.
Right now, we are working towards a smooth transition into service delivery from 1 July 2027.
Our focus is on bringing together Northland's expertise, scale and investment capability to create a dedicated water service provider with opportunities to achieve efficiencies for our customers over time.
